Featuring  original artwork by Aaron Draplin, the stamp presents a visually striking depiction of a pristine white star. From one side of each of the star’s five points, bold lines in shades of red, light blue, and blue radiate outward, symbolizing the crucial unity required at all levels to effectively combat drug use. Esteemed designer **Greg Breeding** lent his expertise to craft the stamp’s design, while **William J. Gicker** served as the art director.
